I had intended to start this blog several months ago, but was too busy with a new job to quite get started. That's a fun way to start things off, isn't it? With excuses.
I like to think of myself as "thinking green" most of the time. But sometimes, I feel like what I'm doing to be more environmentally conscious, might not be the best way of doing things or perhaps doesn't quite make a difference at all, so I wanted to start this blog as a project to both educate and inspire me on what I'm doing right, wrong or not at all.
My goal is, of course, to find a happy balance between doing what is right for me and what is right for the environment. Or rather, to find a happy balance between being a total consumer and living in my solar-powered house in the woods with full garden and farm animals, because sadly not all dreams are obtainable.
But I seem to be getting ahead of myself! Welcome to my blog and I hope you enjoy your time here!
